China is a big country of automobile production and consumption. In recent years, the new energy automobile industry has developed rapidly, and its production, sales and ownership rank among the top in the world. The experts interviewed generally believe that China's new energy vehicles have entered a period of comprehensive market expansion.
Despite the impact of the epidemic, China's new energy vehicle market is still booming. According to the data of China Automobile Association, the sales volume of domestic new energy vehicles in July increased by 1.2 times year-on-year to 593000 units, continuing to maintain a high-speed growth momentum. From January to July, the sales volume of domestic new energy vehicles was 3.194 million, an increase of 1.2 times year-on-year.
The recently held executive meeting of the State Council decided to postpone the implementation of the new energy vehicle purchase tax exemption policy, which has been postponed twice and expires at the end of this year, until the end of next year. It is estimated that the new tax exemption will be 100 billion yuan. We will maintain the stability of other supporting policies for new energy vehicle consumption, continue to exempt vehicle and vessel taxes and consumption taxes, and provide support in terms of road access and license plate indicators.
Under the "escort" of the policy, the industry gave a positive judgment on the development trend of new energy vehicles. The China Automobile Association said that it is expected that the sales volume of new energy vehicles in China will remain 5.5 million in the whole year.
